They are also collaborating with rogue states on criminal endeavors involving drugs and murder.
By shifting the focus to individual actors rather than their group affiliations, Terror for Profit offers a fresh perspective on the relationship between terrorism and organized crime. Through the lens of individual motives, we can identify shared factors and influences among different terrorist campaigns, leading to a deeper understanding of the evolving nature of terrorism.
